Jason joined Avalon Net Worth in 2023. He has worked across various specialties of the firm including Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Operations. Jason typically serves on multiple deal teams, where he assists with the preparation of investor materials, building financial models, researching potential targeted capital sources, setting up client data rooms, and managing deal outreach. Jason has developed experience in various industry verticals, including Consumer & Retail, Advanced Industrial Materials, Technology, and Healthcare.
Before joining Avalon, Jason served as an analyst at Hodges Ward Elliott, a real estate advisory firm that arranges broker debt and equity financings for clients within the hospitality sector. During his time at Hodges Ward Elliott, he assisted in the preparation of marketing materials, market research, investor outreach, and due diligence.
In May 2022, Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds the Series 79, and 63 FINRA licenses which are registered through Avalon Securities, Ltd.
